KIQ BLE Sustained Payload Test

This test packs multiple logical records into each BLE notification. For the KIQ target, use 20 bytes @ 200 records/sec = 4.0 kB/sec payload.

Open from localhost or HTTPS in Chrome/Edge with Web Bluetooth support. The test sends no paddle-stat notifications while running, so the bandwidth measurement is not contaminated by telemetry.
